As you can see, we have a wide assortment of products. We find the coolest and cutest stationery worldwide and ship from our partnered factories located globally. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Since we offer FREE shipping, delivery times vary according to country. Below is an estimated time:
USA: Between 1 - 3 weeks average
Canada: Between 2 - 4 weeks average
Europe: Between 2 - 6 weeks average
Australia: Between 2 - 6 weeks average
All Others: Between 2 - 8 weeks average
4. When can I expect tracking information? I didn't receive any notification emails of an order confirmation or tracking, where can I get that?
If you are in the USA, you will get a tracking number. Typically the shipping carriers update their system slowly (several days may pass before you get tracking and that takes time to update itself as well). Unfortunately not all of our global suppliers provide tracking numbers (most do) which is the reason we can offer you such low prices and free shipping. But we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not.
6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
7. REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY
If are not satisfied, you can refund or exchange your items by sending them back to our address here in the United States. Please note we aren't responsible for the return shipping free.
